All our products are print-on-demand and customizable, meaning your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customers can expect to receive their products around 12-20 business days after placing the orders.

Production Time

You can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 24 hours.

We typically take about 3-5 business days to make and ship out your product (not including shipping time).

Shipping Time

We ship international orders through DHL Express, FedEx (Express Shipping), DHL eCommerce, USPS, YUN Express, 4PX and China Post (Standard Shipping). You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Once the package is shipped out, it entirely relies on a third party: the courier. 

In case you want to change the shipping method, please kindly contact Customer Support Team to know how to charge the additional shipping fee.

Please feel free to follow the tracking number we send to your mailbox to check your delivery status.

Tracking Number

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package is shipped out. The tracking number can take 2-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose the parcels due to this sensitive situation.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, or if the tracking number shows no movement for a week, please contact our Customer Support Team for checking as soon as possible.

VAT Taxes

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver. The VAT charges may vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Returns

We do not provide refunds if you change your mind or incorrect sizing. If you are dissatisfied with your choice for any reason you can exchange your goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the following condition 

- Unworn 
- Tags attached 
- In original packaging 
- Without perfume or deodorant smells 
- Without makeup or fake tan marks
